Design, Engineering, and Value Engineering

T.C. Millwork’s staff of experienced project managers and designers works closely with architects, interior designers, casino in-house staff designers, and planners to create a plan of execution, outlining the production of working drawings, renderings, prototypes, fabrication and installation of your project. Our design staff has the capabilities of creating computer drawn renderings which present you with a near photographic representation of your project. This service allows you to view everything, be it a single slot base or a walk-through of your entire floor layout. We like to get involved early in the design process to look at materials, sizes, and design to see where there may be room to save money, making your projects more scalable.

Domestic Manufacturing

T.C. Millwork occupies over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Southeastern Pennsylvania employing over 100 of the area’s finest crafts people. These highly trained and skilled employees have access to state-of-the-art equipment, from basic edge banders and CNC equipment to custom-built machinery engineered to our exacting specifications.

Offshore Manufacturing

We have offices in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China with a full quality control team to oversee each project and embrace six sigma practices. Our Offshore Procurement Director has over 25 years of experience sourcing and traveling to China, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, and Mexico. Our factories continue to provide high-quality fixtures at very competitive pricing. We are positioned to provide the lowest cost offshore pricing for your needs and often blend domestic and offshore production where it makes sense.

Fulfillment/Consolidation/Logistics

Located 20 miles north of Philadelphia, T.C. Millwork has over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing/warehousing space with 16 shipping doors which allows us to handle multiple accounts simultaneously day by day, as well as build your product to your projection and ship as needed. Since 1993, TC Millwork has been facilitating nationwide rollouts for the casino, retail, and hospitality industries all throughout the United States. We have strategic warehouses in major port cities to allow us to assemble and deliver closest to the final mile so your freight costs are minimized.

Installation

We can provide a nationwide team of millwork and fixture installers. Whether you need to install custom millwork or an entire full-casino rollout, our professionals will coordinate shipping, staging, and installation. Our in-house project management team is dedicated to the needs of our clients. We will begin a new installation utilizing your schedule or create a schedule encompassing the requirements of the manufacturer, shipper, and installation team. Proper coordination of an installation will ensure that your project is completed on time and within budget.
